A few of us got a note from Bruce Ingram asking to spread the news on this problem. Riversmallies.com has posted the details here so I won't bother to repost the whole note. PLEASE read the post in riversmallies it is very important information.If you live in VA, this area, or fish these rivers then the suggestion is that you "will write some angry letters or e-mails to the politicians in that area". I know that Bruce and the people he is working with on this will greatly appreciate it.
