poorboy08  05/23/2007 - 10:19  Rod Building and Repair    First time poster, short time reader here :-) Anyway, so I'm looking to get into this fishing thing and I had this rod n' reel laying around. The rod is a Daiwa WL666SF and the reel is a Crossfire 2500-3i, so I pick it up and some how the very end rod tip broke. So knowing nothing about repair etc etc etc, I called up Daiwa and to my surprise they are going to send me out a new piece free of charge. Now the reason I'm surprised is because this level of customer service is rarley seen nowadays. Anyway I think Daiwa has a customer for life now.
Good to Hear
muskalungee  05/23/2007 - 10:46    Hey PB, welcome to the site. I'm glad to hear they helped you out as they did, I agree that is quite rare these days. I'm not sure where customer service has gone....
