Q: What is a "Site Cloud"?
A: It is a group of other sites that we care about that are monitored for changes.

Q: Where are the fishing reports at?
A: Well, we don't have them ready yet. Hopefully before springtime.
Q: How can I contribute?
A: Until we come up with a reason not to, we are going to run this site pretty much wide open. All you'll have to do is sign up for an account and you can add stories, contribute to books, add links and most everything else.
Q: Where do I go to add something to the site?
A: If you are logged in then you will see the create content link on the right side of the page. Click on that and you'll see your what your options are for creating content.
Q: What is "SYNDICATE XML"?
A: It is an RSS feed for our main page. RSS feeds are explained here.
Q: What's up with the Maps? Why are they too big for my screen?
A: In the meantime, set your screen resolution to 1024x768 and the maps will render just fine. We are trying to figure out a way to get these to render properly.

Q: How do I post pictures?
A: The short story is that you can't but we can. Send them to webmaster@mdfishing.org each with a caption and we will put them up on the site. This is the simplest way for us manage the sicko factor. We don't know everyone personally and need to maintain some level of decency with respect to photographs. We are not implying that any regulars might do something over the top but it would theoretically possible to sign up for an account and post some real disturbing stuff in a short enough time that it might be a day or two before we noticed it and removed it.
How do you post or send photos?

smalljaw  06/26/2004 - 18:10    Captain, unfortunately because there are some rather sick individuals lurking around on the internet I don't allow anyone to post photos. It is the easiest way for me to manage the sicko problem. I can't specifically grant permission to trusted individuals because my software doesn't allow for that. The solution is to email them to webmaster@mdfishing.org and I will get them and post them for you no problem. Send caption text with each photo too so we're sure we get it right. I can't wait to see that walleye pic, send it on over asap.
